How much are your sessions?

As we offer flexible hours, allowing you to choose the start and pick up times for your child, the cost of our sessions can vary according to the individual. Please contact us for more information.

How do I pay my fees?

Fees are due between the 1st and the 7th of the month, or if your child starts with us after the first, fees are due within a week of attending. We accept payment via bank transfer or cash, and we also accept childcare vouchers and tax free childcare.

How can I find out about my child's learning and development?

There are several ways in which we communicate with you about your child's learning and development. Firstly, we operate an open door policy so if you have any questions, concerns or just want to know what your child has been up to then please just ask.

Secondly, we have information displayed at the nursery informing you of our weekly activities, what the children need to bring and how you can support this learning at home.

Finally, each child has their own Learning Journey which can be accessed online. The Learning Journey includes observations about your child, photographs and their next steps.

We also hold parents meetings termly and regularly send out newsletters by email as well as updates on Facebook to keep you informed. You can 'like' us on Facebook via he Facebook link at the bottom of the screen.

What should I do if my child is ill?

Please telephone or text us if your child is ill, or is going to be absent. If your child has a sickness or diarrhoea bug they must not return to nursery until they have been well for 48 hours.
